Rates
We are USCG licensed professional merchant mariners. Our rates are set with the Industry Standards
Crew Rates and Requirements

We take extra care in the planning and delivery of all the vessels we handle. We look after them as if they were our own.

CREW RATES:
​
CAPTAIN: Starting at $325 per day, and up(dependent on vessel size and distance of delivery).
DECKHAND: $150 per day
CREDENTIALED SEAMAN: $175 per day(STCW or better)

Some insurance companies require a minimum number of crew to move the vessel. It is always good to know what requirements your insurance company asks for when hiring captain and crew to delivery your boat.
​
CREW FEES:
$25.00 a day per person (food and drink ) while onboard the vessel.
TRAVEL COSTS: Transportation cost round trip from our base to your vessels departure location. Return travel to our base from your vessels delivery destination (for all crew members) using practical means: Rental car, Taxi, Bus, Train or Plane.
CREW TRAVEL PAY: Travel day(s) to the boat and from the boat will be billed at half the daily rate for all crew members.
FUEL COST: Fuel, oil or other consumables used during the trip will be at the owner's expense.
DOCKAGE AND/OR MOORING FEES: We do our best to deliver your vessel in a safe and timely manner, with the least additional costs to you. Depending on the length and/or type of delivery, overnight dockage and/or mooring fees may apply.
CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION FEES/CRUISING PERMITS: If your delivery is coming from or going to another country, there may be fees and permits associated with. For example, if the vessel is going to the Bahamas, or needing to stop for fuel on route to another country, there is a $300 cruising permit required for the vessel, plus immigration fee for each crew member on board.
A 25% DEPOSIT IS NECESSARY TO: schedule you in our calendar and commission crew.

A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED ON EXPECTED FUEL COST AND
DOCKAGE FEES:
Depending to the distance and type of the delivery, fuel and dockage costs may apply. We do not add on to the cost of fuel, dockage or other associated fees of the vessel.

All receipts for any associated costs and fees with the delivery will be handed over at completion of service
​
Final payment: Due at completion of service. This will include all travel and other expenses on completion of delivery or termination of our services for any reason. This includes but not limited to vessel breakdown or alteration of destination.
Payment Methods: Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards*, Paypal or Cash. *3% service fee on cards
TERMS:
Advanced reservations are required for all trips.
Payment of deposit and signed contract is required to reserve a booking.
Deposit must be cleared prior to the trip start date.
